Del Webb’s Clover Springs is nestled among about 175 acres of rolling hills, vibrant wild flowers and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Adding to this graceful setting is Porterfield Creek, meandering alongside this unique community.

THE HISTORIC MOULTON HILL WINERY AND MANSION

The community is located on the site of the historic Moulton Hill Winery, formerly owned by A.W. Moulton. Built in the 1800’s, the winery was one of the largest in the region in its era. The accompanying mansion has been described as similar to the famous Beringer Winery mansion. Many of the remains of the winery and mansion are preserved by Del Webb as a part of the community’s FIRECREEK RECREATION LODGE.

HOMES TO FIT YOUR STYLE

This active adult community features a relaxed neighborhood of 350 homes.
Clover Springs offers many floor plans (all single story) to provide you with the choices you deserve. Homes range from approximately 1100 to 2300 square feet. Lot sizes range from an average of 5000 to 8000 square feet.

RECREATIONAL AMENITIES

The community features an abundance of recreational opportunities including the FIRECREEK RECREATION LODGE built around the preserved ruins of the historic Moulton Hill Winery. The facility includes a fully equipped fitness room, craft studio, club rooms, social center and more. Complete with a fireplace and stone hearth, the Recreation Lodge is a cozy place to enjoy new neighbors and new friends.

Outdoors you will enjoy amenities such as lighted tennis courts, bocci courts, a pool and spa, horseshoes, a covered barbecue area and numerous walking and biking trails.

HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION FEES

The current association fees are $360 per quarter ($120 per month) and are reviewed annually. These fees cover use of the recreation facilities, maintenance of the Recreation Lodge, green belts and related staffing.

CLOVERDALE

Clover Springs is located in the charming town of Cloverdale, in the heart of Sonoma County’s Alexander Valley. Cloverdale offers a small town setting with all the comforts of home. Water and Sewer services are provided by the City of Cloverdale, gas and electric by PG&E, and the telephone by Pacific Bell.

NEARBY SHOPPING

Cloverdale offers the services you need within minutes of Clover Springs. Grocery stores, banks, cleaners and restaurants are all close by. Just 12 miles south of Cloverdale is Healdsburg featuring a quaint town square. And just 30 miles away, off Highway 101, is the metropolitan area of Santa Rosa hosting a wide array of shopping opportunities. Three major malls each feature more than 100 stores.

MEDICAL FACILITIES

A 49-bed hospital is located in Healdsburg. Santa Rosa features a Kaiser facility as well as Memorial, Sutter Community and Warwick hospitals.

ENTERTAINMENT

Clover Springs is just 75 miles from the culture rich city of San Francisco and about 30 miles from the coast of the Pacific Ocean. The community is also within easy access of recreational activities such as boating and fishing on Lake Sonoma and the Russian river. The community is surrounded by several local wineries, and just a short drive from the world famous Napa Valley.
